I fear fat, and now my worse fear is coming true.?

I have always been thin but now that my age is getting up there and I am no longer a young woman, the pounds are creeping in around my waist, thighs etc. I exercise all the time and eat properly. I hate the way fat feels. There is no question, I’m just venting one of the evils of life and telling all thin people to please appreciate it. Having fat on your body SUCKS MAJORLY.
