Can you develop motion sickness as an adult?

I never got motion sickness on anything when i was younger up to about 15 years old. After 15 (im 20 now) everything seems to give me motion sickness, im constantly dizzy actually. I also have an anxiety disorder so its hard to tell if its just anxiety or real motion sickness. Im just wondering whats more likely and is there anything i can do to help it?
