Cutting Sugar for Anxiety Probs… Agave Nectar?
I’m cutting back sugars in my diet, and eventually, getting them to tiny proportions in order to improve my anxiety disorder. So, obviously, table sugar, junk food, corn syrup… all gone! But what about Agave Nectar? I’ve read it has a low glycemic index… but what does that really mean? Is it still a harmful sugar that could exasberate anxiety?
