xbabygrlx90 asked: I think I may have anxiety. I always worry about things that have happened or that may happen. If I say something wrong I will worry about it the whole week. I’m not sure whats wrong with me. Anxiety kind of matched my symptoms but I’m not sure if thats right. Any other ideas on what it could be? Thank you.

perfection asked: I’ve had panic attacks for 10 years and they’ve always been the same (depersonalization followed by panic). But now the symptoms have changed. I get extremely dizzy, like vertigo, and start toppling over, and have to hold onto things to stop myself from falling.
Is this a panic attack or something else? I can’t understand why my symptoms should suddenly change after so long.
