Been Having Anxiety Problems?

For the past couple years of my life ive been struggling with anxiety (actually it started right about the time puberty started). Its like i feel a mild symptom like nausea or gas, and if i doesnt go away i start worrying that its the worst possible thing it could be (usually cancer).
