Abby’s mommy asked: I’m 34 weeks pregnant and have struggled with Generalized Anxiety Disorder since last May. This has been an incredibly difficult pregnancy because of it. Any ideas on how I can be the best mom to my baby even though I have an anxiety disorder? Thanks so much.

2nd Horseman asked: Hello, i’ve been having anxiety attacks for the past couple of months and last night i had one and had to go to the ER. I’m making an appointment on monday for it but i was just wondering. Is it possilbe to die from having anxiety attacks? Like from irregular heartbeat? And is there anything to help me control it? I just cant take it anymore. i have them two or more times a day.
