Back of head and anxiety attack?
I have a friend who says his back of his head hurts and he feels lost in thoughts—is he having an anxiety attack or should he just take aspirin and sleep it out?
That doesnt sound like a typical anxiety attack where breathing and heart rate change. Sometimes when im really stressed the back of my neck gets tight and i put icy hot on it. That works preety well but for an actual anxiety attack only benzo’s (valium, xanax) and meditation work for me.

my rat still has fear poops?
i have had my 2 dumbo rats for several months now. i bought them as babies and now they are medium sized. one of my rats has much more of a poop problem. i hold them everyday but he still leaves rat nuggets when i get him out. will he grow out of this when his full grown?
also i am having trouble getting them to take treats from my hand, making it hard to train them in any way

How can I get my dog to go outside again?
I have the most adorable sheltie corgie mix. We found him as a stray and he’d been outside long enough to develop a horrible fear of thunderstorms. Wanderer asked: I’m a frequent flyer, and lately it seems my little fears have blown out of control and just make me insane on every flight I have to take.
