Shopping with Sharks
Bangkok’s latest temple to the shopping god, Siam Ocean World (in the basement of Siam Paragon), is your chance to get thrown into the deep end and gawk at ragged-toothed sharks while your other half eyeballs Gucci shoes. The dive takes place in a three million-litre tank in the Deep Ocean exhibit – the aquarium’s fiberglass rocks were artist-designed but all the marine life, from the algae to the three-metre sharks, are real.
Films such as Jaws have fostered the modern collective fear of sharks, so turning, …

For like the first minute or so, I might be a bit hard to understand because I had to talk rather low due to some people being outside my bedroom nearby and I was afraid they would think I was talking to myself. Video Points: #1) My professor’s announcement that made my SA kick in this morning #2) An update on the girl …

How do you get over a phobia?
I have trypophobia.. It’s the fear of clusters of holes.

It’s steadily getting worse. …

Under Taipei Deathboxing rules.
For those who do not know, Taipei rules are:
The boxing gloves are first dipped in crazy glue, then while the glue is wet, the gloves are dipped in shards of broken glass
The ring or fighting area is filled with 10000′s of thumbtacks, nails and shards of broken glass.
Victory is gained via KO (No other way to win)
Usually this is done on a 30-40 foot high scaffold instead of the ring, but this fight will be in a ring due to …

Panic/Anxiety attacks brought on by alcohol?
I have had panic attacks and GAD for the last two years and have recently noticed that if I have some cocktails in the evening the next day is like a rollercoaster of panic attacks. Feeling like my throat is closing and I am losing control of my body. Is there a direct link between alcohol consumption and panic and anxiety disorders? I should mention that on days I do not consume alcohol I am 80-90% okay. Has anyone out there found this to be …
