I have trypophobia.. It’s the fear of clusters of holes.

Panic/Anxiety attacks brought on by alcohol?

I have had panic attacks and GAD for the last two years and have recently noticed that if I have some cocktails in the evening the next day is like a rollercoaster of panic attacks.
