How should i get over my animal phobia?
Ok so, as the title suggests im a bit scared of animals. I don’t know why this is, but i just have this fear that they might bite or attack me.
I used to like cats when i was a child and we had some in my house, but now i just don’t like them, and i’d like this to stop. I’m not generally a cowardly person. I’m into extreme sports, not afraid of heights or anything, and i also like kids/babies It’s just …

Has anyone tried ‘Panicyl’, a supplement for anxiety / Panic Attacks?
I have had anxiety and a few panic attacks this past year. I have completely cut out all caffeine which has lessened the attacks, but the anxiety is still there, causing an upset stomach, gas, and vomiting on one occasion. My question is if anyone has tried Panicyl and if it has worked for you having similar symptoms.
I am very annoyed with my anxiety and would greatly appreciate any advice on controlling it.
Thank you.

Treatments for the Fear of Vomiting – Help for Emetophobia
It is a little known fact that there are very successful treatments for fear of vomiting, and many sufferers are simply not aware of this and go through many years of torment.

The condition can dominate a sufferer’s life and prevent them from carrying out many everyday activities. Some women will even avoid getting pregnant, despite having …

_ME_ asked: When my dog is scared of a person she SCREAMS and pees. I understand the peeing (submission) part, but the scream is horrible. It sounds like a woman in a horror movie. It is really hard to calm her down and I don’t know what to do because this is so random – I guess it does seem to happen more with kids and people wearing hats or hoodies. I’ve had her since she was a puppy and she has never been abused. The only thing I can …

Do these sentences make sense?
I have to use these vocab words in their own sentences: Impeccable, Coup, Grandiose, Trepidation, Albeit.
With impeccable timing I had arrived on an evening which had live bands playing for free at the high school.
King Timothy ruled in fear that his reign would end with a bloodless coup, just like his father’s did.
His bow was more grandiose than those of the others
The children slowly crossed the rope bridge and entered the eerie cave in trepidation (or is it with trepidation? I wasnt sure)
The Cheshire High …
Generalized Anxiety Disorder »
Sarah asked: I’m 14, and I’ve been studying GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder).
I fit and have fit many of the symptoms most of my life, such as worrying constantly about small problems and letting them plague my mind. I never feel completely happy, I’m always worried about something. I try to stop worrying, but I end up doing it anyway. It stresses me out alot and I feel really hopeless about it. I also at a few points have had small panic attacks, a really sudden feeling of horror like something …

The Precious Gift of Silence
From a sermon given on October 26th 1997At a worship service in Newport, RI
Two weeks from now marks the 3rd anniversary of a bone marrow transplant I received to save my life from Acute Leukemia. My donor is still anonymous to me. I want to dedicate what I am about to say to him. I don’t know if years from now I will still be talking about this event in my life, but for now it is still not very far from my daily consciousness and …
