Amanda C asked: Just about everyday I get nauseous/hot flashes/heart palpitations/and body trembles.
I usually get like that when I am overwhelmed with work or tasks. I have a heart murmur and it acts up ’cause of stress. But could I have a problem with anxiety? Is it anxiety attacks I am experiencing? I really have no idea. Thank you ahead of time.

zack asked: i have and i am diagnosed with gad generalized anxiety disorder. at least 5 out of 7 days a week i experience the following… feeling letharrgic, more tired in morning, wobbly legs at times, cant concentrate feeling of faint, feeling im coming down with a cold or flu, increased heart rate, sweating palms.. and cant sit still, general muscle weakness i have had bloodwork done 2months ago and a holter moniter everything was normal…. what do others experience and serious people only…

These phobias are so dang strange i wonder how one person become afraid of something that is probably used each day and be on each day.
But seriously? afraid of the sun? sounds funny if your are afraid of the sun beaming down at you.
