After my first visit with my psychiatrist, I found out what medication I would be taking. It’s a classic drug called Imipramine. It was one of the original most-effective medications used to treat depression. It is classified as a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA). TCAs tend to have more side-effects than other antidepressants. Beautiful asked: I have Anxiety Attacks all the time. And I am only 13. I never go to the doctor because i dont want to be put on medication. When i have one i dont do anything, i just tell myself to get over it, and keep doing what i am doing. It doesnt help most of the time, but its what i do. Could I be making it worse? Or am I helping it?

Instead of fighting my anxiety, trying to treat it and using whatever other methods that haven’t worked for me in the past, I’m now embracing, accepting and loving my social anxiety. And not only that, I’m also asking for more social anxiety! Yep!
