Natural Remedies?
Does any one know what would be a good suppliment or natural remedy for anxiety? My 25 year old daughter keeps saying she needs the doctor to perscibe nerve pills for her,but I’d much rather she give a natural method a try before drugs. She has two young children,and meds. could just wear her out besides being addicting. Thanks.

How long does it take for nicotene to exit the bloodstream?
I just had my first dip of chew in a long time to relax and take some anxiety away… and it was a huge dip. I felt, and still feel, high as a kite and then I went and vomited. I don’t feel like doing it again.
