A question for OCD sufferers- has trying the Linden method helped you to overcome phobias or anxiety?

    i have done the linden method. it worked great for me. seriously it did.

    i used to have panis disorder so bad and was even onzoloft but the panic was still there. then i got the linden method and i made a full recovery. it works great and I realy recommend it.

    linden method has been proven to work in 96% of people and the remaining 4% didnt work due to non compliance.

    I can’t really reccomend a non-fiction book, but there is a book that is really good that’s fiction. It’s called “Kissing Doorknobs.” At the back there are a lot of listings for books, hotlines, and physchiatrist help.
