Has anyone had an anxiety or panic attack AFTER your first dosage of Paxil?

I have. I would try Lexapro or Celexa. Not everyone is the same, read the side effects and tell your doctor because some SSRIs can cause panic attacks esecially if you are sensitive to medication. Also if you have panic disorder/anxiety try contacting the Midwest center 1-800-511-5217. They have a cd/tape set that works really well, it helped me. Good luck
