After anxiety attacks, can you be left with extreme weakness in your upper body, including neck and eyes?

    Chest pain or discomfort
    Trembling or shaking
    Dizziness
    Nausea or stomach distress
    Fear of losing control or going crazy

    the fact that you have had a lot lately is just making you feel even more weak and shaky
    because you are feeling this way, you will be less apt to try to prevent future anxiety attacks

    try to find a way to have less (or none(but ik that that is really hard)
    go see a doctor and see if he can give you anything to help

    anxiety attacks stink, ik from experience
