Anxiety about moving?

So, I’ve moved around a lot in the past with my family, but I’ve been in this house for three years now. And I have to move next month, to well, we’re not sure yet we’re still looking, but I’ve got this anxiety thing going on. I guess because I’ll have to start a new school there and everything. It just feels like if I move out of this house, I’ll be somone else or something. It’s a wierd feeling… can anyone relate? And advice?
