Anxiety Aches And Pains

I’m having minor chest aches/pains and burning feeling all throughout the day specifically on the left side.
I had and x-ray, ekg, and blood work done and everything was ok. But I still have the discomfort all day. It comes and goes all day. On a scale of 1-10 for pain its mostly like 1 or 2. I have also recently experienced some anxiety with this pains. Can the anxiety be causing this? Or is this a digestion or heartburn issue?
