Anxiety All In Your Head
conversations in your head????????

i have converstions in my head and with people i dont even know.i read its normal?i dont see things or hear people talking.i cant ever shut down the stuff running in my mind.ive been diginosed with postpardum ocd/anxiety disorder.and i dont not have schizophrenia.thanks to all is there a name for this?its maining when i lay down
could this be a form of stress or daydreaming?>
its all made up in my head i dont want to know these imagginary people names, what could be causing this
and this is making feel like im crazy

I do this a lot, actually, especially before I go to sleep. It’s the only time that I feel that I am totally alone, as everyone else in the house is sleeping, and then I can’t be distracted. So I think about whatever is on my mind that is causing me mental havoc.

When I have something stressful on my mind, and if I have no one to talk to about it, then I’ll have conversations with either myself or with an “imaginary person”.
They aren’t really there and I know this. Normally I pick a person that I know in my life that I can trust, and just start yapping, but sometimes they are people that I don’t know.

Sometimes I too wonder if it is abnormal, but really, I don’t think it is a huge problem. I figured it was just a coping mechanism.
Are you very introverted?
Anxiety + Introvert = Emotional Distress

You’re not crazy.
You just need a way to calm your nerves, I think.
Since you’ve been diagnosed with this, have you been taking any medication or going to therapy?
If you think it’s a problem, then you can consult with your doctor.

Multiple sclerosis can be a true roller coaster of emotions, and it’s critical that patients learn how to deal with these feelings — half of those living with MS warrant medical intervention for depression at some point.
