Sudden anxiety and inability to sleep in, related to Luvox withdrawal?

I have been off of Luvox for a month now. The first week I had the sort of flu-like withdrawal symptoms, starting the second week I started to get a little more anxious, mostly at night. The past two weeks I have noticed that I wake up 7.5-8 hours after I go to sleep without any alarm. Which wouldn’t be so bad, but I wake up tired and am incapable of going back to sleep. Is this all part of the withdrawal process or is this something else I should look into.

Did you quit this medicine on your own or did the doctor gradually withdraw your dosage?
These feeling should gradually decrease as time goes by.

Sometimes, it the symptoms are too unbearable, the doctor can put you on a small dose again of Luvox and then gradually withdraw the medicine.
