Anxiety And Blood Pressure

I have high blood pressure and anxiety and I don’t know what kind of exercise to do for this?
My doctor says I should do any kind of exercises that Ok? for anxiety? even I have high blood pressure?
tell me if that’s Ok running or what else? even I have high blood pressure and anxiety.. I always like to dance at home.. but I am not sure btw I am 21 but I am not fat.. I don’t know how get high blood pressure.. I have 4 years with this and as well with anxiety.. I always have been a nervous person.. I took several medications for high blood pressure and anxiety.. I took metropolol,and now I took enalapril three times in the day. each 8 hrs and venlafaxine now 150mg but now I will quit because the doctor told me my problem is mental and I should do exercise and stuff like that.. sorry for my bad grammar.. I am learning english but yes I understand everything.
even my hypertension doesn’t have a cause..because doctors made me several studios of my organism
I have high blood pressure and I also suffer from anxiety, I take HCTZ 12.5 mg which is a low dosage for high blood pressure and I take Xanax occassionally for panic attacks. Exercise on a regular basis helps a great deal, so does a good night rest. Regarding exercise you can do anything and everything you want to do. I sometimes dance, sometimes go for fast pace walks or sometimes I work out at the gym. Drinking water regularly helps too to wash out the toxins out of your system.
