I have used the Linden Method, after having had anxiety and OCD for several years (5). I have used it for a month, have completely ridden myself of the fear of panic attacks, anxiety, and OCD. The symptoms are still there, but I have lost my fear of them completely. They are an annoyance. Will my body eventually rid itself of the symptoms now that I have reduced my fear of them?

i purchased the linden method about 6 months ago Ive been feeling 100 % for the last 3 about months and i know it wont come back but the problem i had back then was a slow heart rate all the time even when not panicking but about 2 years ago when i had a ekg it was around 78 … can this be the anxiety still causing this slow heart rate im not worrying about it or even thinking about it but its so slow ??

Hi charles, is making fake smile in social situations is a symptom of social anxiety? I searched it in the internet and found a website that tells its a geliophobia(fear of laughter), and it really scared me,even if i dont have the symptoms like keep smiling infront of the mirror and fear of my own laugher. . But My mind considered me having geliophobia :-( please tell me charles that it is not, Your the only person i trusted.

I love this program, it’s common sense put into action. All that’s needed to be done is a bit of legwork to eliminate anxiety that causes all problems. Simple guidelines that one must follow to get rid of their ‘anxiety disorders’ because fear made them focus on symptoms. I can’t help you enough Charles, I’ve been stuck with my racing mind for years, now it’s all gone. No pills, not trying to ‘cope’ with it, pure and simple.

@coilly You see… all I ever say is JUST DO IT… the reason for that is simple. When you do… it works! Charles

@kirk92270 All I need is for you to join the program and get access to the material and support. C

@amyintoxicatedox I could go on and on with anxiety ‘symptoms’ like emetophobia, eating disorders, fear of dying, fear of passing out, hair pulling etc. but the list would be so, so long… all of these anxiety symptoms exist because of high anxiety and the ones I mention are considered ‘the big five’. The Linden Method will eliminate every anxiety symptom, thought and sensation. Charles

i bought the lindon method 11 months ago, but to be honest never used it properly till the start of this year, partly through anxiety reasons and partly through not having time because of work and kids, but ive been following it very closley recently and can feel the differnce. i now feel alot more positive for the future and hopeful of completly forgeting about it.

@MissElfreda If you were cured whilst doing NLP… it wasn’t the NLP that cured you; it will have been the other things you were doing at the time.

  • MissElfreda said:

Actually NLP did cure me of anxiety! That’s not to say that the Linden method doesn’t cure it too!
