    Wow, how much time have you got? CBT – excellent theory, mostly badly executed. Is it effective – yes 75% of the time, IF it were administered by folks who had a deaper understanding of the condition; if those folks had constant contact with their clients when THEY need them. IF the other 25% were made up of other supportive, reassuring and informative practices… it would be PERFECT. Charles

    Absolutely nothing. In the US, they tend to be referred to more as ‘anxiety attacks’! Charles
