I don’t like taking rx medicines. I am more of an alternative type of girl. I am more into vitamins, herbs and minerals. What would be the best herb or vitamin for anxiety or any type of nervousness or anger or mood swings.

Good to hear you don’t like taking medication, the last thing any anxiety sufferer needs is to end up being hooked on the medication. There are many things you can try start by first looking at foods that can help with your anxiety such as

Increasing your omega – 3 fatty oils intake such as salmon
Increase your vitamin E , C and B6 and of course your water intake.
