Sam-E for anxiety and depression?

Is this product any good? I have taken FIsh oils, GABA, St Johns wort, Holy Basil, Amino acid complex, Magnolia, AShwagandha, Lemon Balm, Valerian, Passion flower, L-theanine, High Niacinamide…gotu kola….I could go on and on..High B Vitamin complex

many of these make me feel either more depressed and less anxious or more jittery and less depressed…spaced out..

I dont know what to do. I always feel I cant concentrate and have low moods when thinking about it and can easily get panic attacks as I feel im alert alot.

I have heard mixed opinionson SAM-E some say it creates Euphoric feelings but can increase anxiety but I would crave to feel euphoric lol.. I have tried jogging andexercising but cant get myself feeling great.

Sam-e could reduce your depression but I think it would cause more anxiety based on anti-depressant effects.
