Anxiety At Work
How can I significantly reduce the stress/anxiety I feel at work?

I experience a hgh level of stress and anxiety at work, and even the night before work and during the drive to work. When I’m working, I always feel so inundated with tasks that need to be completed and when I’m working on one task, I’m fretting over the billion others that require my attention. It’s just so overwhelming and due to this constant pressure that I feel, I have a negative attitude towards my job. I just hate feeling such a strong sense of anxiety throughout the day at work. Also, even when I get up to take a shower in the morning, I feel a sense of dread. Is there anyone who can provide some helpful advice?

If your job is causing you this much stress, you may want to think about finding work that is less stressful. It’s not good for you to be worrying while you are at home about work. Please consider finding a new job. Good Luck.
