Anxiety Attack Emergency Room
I just came back from the emergency room two days ago for an Eye Twitch/tremor, since then the twitch..?

is nonstop..Ive been trying to get rest and keeping my eyes closed..

Now I feel extremely weak, its hard to swallow and Im slightly having trouble breathing..I guess im not that weak im on yahoo answers lol. but I find it difficult to raise my hand and when I stand I feel like Im going to fall down.

My friend says Im having anxiety attacks, I never felt like this before. I have no medical insurance so I dont want to go to ER but I am scared..is this signs of anxiety or something else.

Thank
Let me add a bad headache to my symptoms..All I know is I need a job quick or Im not going to get any real help..thanks for all of your answers and advice

I know ERs and doctors are never kind or good places, but if you are progressively getting worse, you need to go in now of your own free will instead of landing there later in worse condition for a longer period of time and with worse damage to your body. An eye twitch could indeed be simple anxiety, and no one would know it better than you, but the other symptoms you are describing sound like an infection and possibly could be as bad as meningitis, an infection within the brain which can effect and damage or even kill it.

Get back to the hospital and get better. If you are suffering from anxiety disorder, I highly recommend the Anxiety and Phobia Workbook by Dr Bourne. I have read most of it myself and have found it useful even for someone without phobias that I could think of.

Hang tight, breath deep, and know it will all be alright. Just take care of yourself.

End Master Cleanse Day 7 because of anxiety attacks
