Anxiety Attack Exercise
What should i do to control my anxiety levels?

I am having more and more anxiety attacks when I’m away at school.
Though I’m still seen as only having Mild Anxiety disorder.
It seems to be triggered whenever I’m in large crowds; i can’t avoid the crowds because i go to a large school.
there are other factors in my anxiety increase but i think with proper exercises i can control it.
or should i talk to my doctor about getting medicine for this condition?
i will need to make an appt. to the doctor then since i exercise regularly and eat very healthy.
