that’s a song lyric, but it’s how I feel for anxiety and panic attack sufferers.. and deeply.. I guess it doesn’t hurt to be one myself. why do you think we have panic attacks? why do our minds torture themselves?
I wish somebody would answer my questions..

Panic attacks occur for the same reason that some of us develop cancer or other physically debilitating illnesses. There exists a biological, genetic or environmental imbalance which usurps the equilibrium state.

We fight to survive but all of us eventually fall short of that Utopian goal in one way or another.

Struggle and hardship are just part of the deal that we must accept as part of the complex process which continually creates life while also continually destroying it.
