Anxiety Attack Or Heart Attack

I have anxiety attacks, so how can I tell if I’m going to have a heart attack?
A few years ago, I was diagnosed with having daily anxiety attacks. Although they are still uncomfortable, I’ve learned to teach myself to ignore what I’m feeling and just ride out each attack because I know it will go away sooner or later. I heard recently that the symptoms people get that show a heart attack might be on its way is the same symptoms of an anxiety attack. Now I’m worried and am wondering how can I tell if I might be about to suffer from a heart attack if the symptoms are very similar to what I feel most days?
Sometimes it’s hard to tell, sometimes it’s impossible. Generally speaking, a combination of your heart history, your general health, and what’s going on in your life when it started will help you decide. However if at any point you have serious doubts, go to the E.R., most of the time people who come in with that problem end up just fine, but there is that occasional one…
I will say this though: it has been my experience that people who have a heart attack have the same symptoms but are not outwardly panicking. They are much calmer. Those that are having anxiety attacks are usually very upset, often crying, and absolutely ‘SURE’ they are having a heart attack.
Is it a Panic Attack or Heart Attack?
