Anxiety problem ! help please!?
i have some symptoms of anxiety! e.g fatigue, chest pain, shortness of breathless, heart rate is increased. panic attack and also fear of dying from childhood.

but
when i go to sleep into bed , as i got drowsiness, immediately my heart beat increases and continue to increase until i get up from bed! and then after it slowly and gradually back to normal.
and also pain in left shoulder (some time) and in left arm and back of left side , and neck (some time).
is this anxiety too or any other heart disease or respiratory?
i have also ulcer since 3 years and deviated nasal septum also since 3 years.
so please help me.
