You definitely are having anxiety attacks. I have pains in my chest also because of the amount of anxiety in me. I love to take baths, eat ice cream, and skip a day of school for “mental healing”. 40 minutes from the nearest hospital is kind of bad, if you are feeling like you are going to suffer bad you need to head there soon.

Good luck and take it easy! :)

    okay dont worry.
    number one thing, calm down.
    drink water.
whats really giving you anxiety? some things you just cant help and arent worth worrying about
you definatly dont want to go to the hospital, that just causes MORE anxiety.
so just take some breathss and try to get past whats bothering you.
may i sugest punching inanemite objects

First you need to calm down. Freaking out doesn’t help anything or you. Why were you in the hospital before. Paranoia of health problems is being a hypochondriac. Just relax and take a deep breath. Going to the ER,they will tell you the same thing. Talk to your mom and let her know what is going on, sometimes it just takes some mothers encouraging.

Yeah, definitely see a doctor about it. I’ve been suffering from depression and anxiety for years now, but I’ve never had any problems with chest pains. I do plenty of cardio at the gym, so that may help you in the long run.

Here’s what I do as a temporary relief. Take deep breaths and exhale slowly. Close your eyes as you’re doing this and tell yourself that (trust me, this helps) it’s all in your head, and that, in reality, everything’s peachy. This’ll help for about half an hour or so or until I notice it coming back even later if I’m busy with something else. I get anxiety attacks about once a month (I know how you women feel about those once-a-month things) and this really does help. For long term help, again, cardio workout to help ease the chest pains, and as someone else mentioned, see a doctor and they can prescribe some pills. Good luck.

uhh i know what you are going through. I have anxiety really bad, almost everyday… I am to the point where i dont even want to leave the house!!… I was prescribed Lexapro. but then again i have read all the side effects, and cant get myself to take them… So i went on the internet and found this web site… its a herbal pill, I am waiting for them to get here and going to try it…. Its all natural soo hopfully it will work! I just hope i can get myself to take them… Also i have problems with my blood pressure and thats another thing that anxiety messes with!!

Let me know if u have any ??’s Thanks

What you are experiencing sounds to me like an anxiety attack, but I would recommend a visit to the ER again if you are that concerned. You will not be labelled as a “crazy person”; hospital staff are there to help you, not judge you.

I have had anxiety attacks since I was little. I am now 52. When i turned 30 I went to my doctor for some help. it was so bad, I would have chest pains and hyperventilate. She put me on an antidepressant that worked miracles for me. It was called Effexor. Along with trying to relieve stress other ways (walking really helps me and trying to get my mind off things for awhile like reading or watching tv) I have reduced the amount greatly over the years. Don’t get to the point where it will control your life like it did mine. See a doctor soon!
