    When i first had my anxiety attack a few months ago it felt like a heart attack, i actually had my mom call 911 and get escorted to the hospital. Why do people get anxiety? no one is sure why, but many believe that the brain thinks that the body may be in danger so it prepares it for a fight, which makes you nervous, I had chest pains, sweats, difficulty breathing, heart puplatations(sp?)

    yeah I believe that I had my first anxiety attack today at around 2 in the morning. It was very scary I felt like I couldn’t breathe and I was crying. I kept telllin my boyfriend to leave me alone for abit and he wouldn’t he made things worse. I ended up trying to beat him away from me, but he wouldn’t surrender. I hated him for that.     They have attacks, because they are not comfortable with the situation.I cry, but I also get chest pain and shake all over. my sugar drops and I feel so over whelmed But as I got older, I am realizing that I am just as good as anyone else, and I haven’t had them as much. I hope this helped.

    yeah its scary. it feels like ur havin a heart attack and like ur gonna pass out. The brain freaks out because of all the stress, and you have a feeling like u need to escape from wherever u are. It happened to me just becuz i was a little nervous about something, and was obsessing over it. u have to make sure not to get too stressed, its really unhealthy

    anxiety or panic attacks can be very hard to describe but i used to take them . you can feel very disoriantated, and feel you are going to pass out or you can feel as though your are going to die. i wonder why you want to know how to describe one of the worst things that can hapen to people.a c.p.n. once told me that when i take a panic attack just to keep saying to myself don’t worry it can’t do me any harm.this and my psychiatrist helped me over them.

    …testimony..after going to college and entering a job that I had to work around 70 hours of week, with poor help and a verrrry mean boss and know my job was on the line I start having very serious problems with anxiety

    ….lasted me several years after this job.

    a few months ago a friend introduced me to black tea….”bam” knocked out all those stress anxiety feelings. Even if my heart is pounding I dont feel the pain…I wrote this because I hope it helps you. I take TAZO black tea spiced w/ ginger and cinnamon, this wrks better than Black tea alone.
