I have read some peoples storys about their anxiety attacks and i have ALOT of similar effects. The only thing is i only get it when people start to fight really harshly and loud. I will start to shake, its hard to breath, a get very nervous and am constantly moving ( i litterally can NOT sit ) and other things. But i never feel the fear of dying or somthing like that that many others do. But mine are not as sever as others.
i don’t really know what im asking ..maybe how can i calm them down? thanks for reading anyways
if i am around this harsh yelling constantly.. without being able to leave.. will my anexiety become worse and uncontrolable?

You gave the answer in your question….leave the situation as you see it start to happen, when people start gettin out of hand, simply leave and go to a quiet and calm place…you will be just fine….no worries…
    welcome.

You cannot calm ‘them’ down, if you are talking about the people you mention who seem to be out of control.

You can remove yourself from the situation to a safe and quiet place.

If you need help, please call someone who cares about you to get you out of that situation.

I struggled with anxiety for 2 years and I didn’t have the same symptoms as other people either, but I started to shake and had trouble breathing and felt like I was going to throw up. Sometimes it was really bad and other times not as bad.
It sounds like you are having them too. Not all symptoms are alike, because we are not all alike. I didn’t think I’d ever have to admit this but I got the program from Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety from late night TV, but I bought mine at eBay. I used it over and over and finally I got relief. I still listen to the relaxation one at night and it’s been like 3 years. Very occasionally I will start to feel that trapped feeling in really big crowds inside a place, but now I can control it. If you can find the program for cheap too, I promise it will help. It’s hard for other people to understand unless they have been through it, there’s more to it than just turning around and “leaving”. I hope you feel better, my heart goes out to you, I know how you feel.

You have to learn to control your emotion. It you don’t want to, it will get worst. It’s like smoking crack, you will get more and more addicted. Your anxiety seem to be at it beginning, and the best way to stop anything is to stop it before it’s begin or as fast as you can; especially now. You should learn to meditate. Meditating is almost as wasting 20min of your day, but it’s completely opposite. You’ll probably gain 20 or more minutes with meditating. You should try to do something new. Improvise stuff to do no matter what it is. It will need a lot of courage. When you do something that you very into, you’d not thinking about anxiety at all Try to substitute anxiety with pleasure and it will disappear slowly.
