I know from personal experience how horrid they can be. I take meds for it. IF I were you I would go to your natural foods store and start there and if they don’t get you something that helps, then to the dr. Deep breathing and blowing out thru your mouth really help a ton. I will pray for you.

    (dont be an addict though)
2.Have a good sex life. Even if you are single Masturbate.
    3.Act nice.
4.Have someone to give you a warm hug.

Have you tried breathing techniques? Controlled breathing relaxes tightened muscles, and this has a direct effect on reducing feelings of anxiety felt by the body.

The technique is actually simple, but still takes bit of practice. Take a deep breathe in, hold for a few seconds, and release it normally and effortlessly for several more seconds, all the while focusing only on breathing. Do this for at least a couple of minutes, and gradually increase as you can. Doing this daily can have a long-term affect in reducing anxiety attacks.

Other relaxation techniques like meditation and yoga also help with recurring panic and anxiety attacks.

Also, there are a few natural products available in the market, which many people have successfully used with good results in getting over such attacks. While they may not work for everyone, you can find some information on this website:

I hope this information helps. Good wishes.
