Anxiety Attacks. Any suggestions?

These anxiety attacks are terrible. I quit smoking a few days ago, pretty much cold turkey. I had a severe panic attack, followed by small episodes ever since.

Has anyone else had these types of nicotine withdrawals?

Also, I was told Benadryl, St. John’s wort, and nicotine gum could help, so I went out and bought all 3.

PLEASE leave me feedback. This is a very mortifying situation and I’m suffering pretty bad…

Thanks..

Panic attacks are characterized by unexpected and repeated episodes of intense fear accompanied by physical symptoms that may include chest pain, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, or abdominal distress.

Whilst drug therapy is valid for most medical conditions, when used as a treatment for anxiety conditions, like panic attacks, it couldn’t be more misplaced.
