Anxiety Attacks. Any suggestions?

Has anyone else had these types of nicotine withdrawals?
Also, I was told Benadryl, St. John’s wort, and nicotine gum could help, so I went out and bought all 3.
PLEASE leave me feedback. This is a very mortifying situation and I’m suffering pretty bad…
