Take deep breaths and realize that you are making a wonderful move and you will get control of your situation. The place you are going won’t be scary and you will meet other people with issues like you and it will make you feel better! Look at this as a good thing not a bad thing!
The best thing to do is to try to relax. Fighting this feeling, can physical drain you, as well as to hurt and strain your muscles. Remember to take deep breaths through your nose and exhale through the mouth. Most importantly, don’t fight it, this means not to try to lift arms when they fall, try to stand up, or keep your head from falling to the side.Let your body relax and let you body do what it wants. When you feel this coming on, try to find a place to sit. The attack will last as long as you try to fight it. If you relax, you’ll see that it will not last long, (15 secs) and you will begin to have more control over the attacks. In time you will learn to avoid them all together. Good luck.
Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.
Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI – Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There’s this strange herb called “St John’s Wort” – it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John’s Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced… you have that “learned behavior” in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior – Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction… There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to….

you just have to remind yourself that its for the best.
