Caitlin sweety you need to tell your parents about this happening. The sooner you do the sooner you can sort out the reasons for them and how to cope with them when they occur. Your parents will be so happy that you have been open and honest with them and not kept it inder wraps for a long time.
First tell your mum then see your GP
then see a hypnotherapist /NLP or TFT-EFT practitioner.
In the meantime practice long slow breathing from the belly
You should confide to your mother. Panic attacks are not that uncommon. Your family may have a history with them, or your mum may have good advice. Good luck!
you need to let someone know and i dont mean your friends maybe a teacher if you cant talk to your parents i suffer from this too and even i looked for help the sooner you get help the better it could get worst trust me!
I really sympathize with you. I get a lot of anxiety attacks as well. I think you should tell your mother. It’s hard dealing with that kind of stuff on your own. Maybe she can make an appointment with a psychiatrist or a therapist. Maybe some medicine would help you. I always like to take walks or listen to music when I get them. Walking takes me out of my head and makes all my worries go away. I think it’s cause the scenery really distracts me. Anyway, I’m not sure what could be bothering you. Maybe sub-consciously you’re worried about something but you just don’t realize what it is yet.
Hope you feel better soon!
Relax,if you can not, use relaxation techniques( specific body exercises ) or deep breathing exercises, walking, music etc., and in calmer moments, explore what causes those attacks, what thoughts/feelings/apprehensions/people/tasks precede the attack or associated with them. Then, communicate/share your worry with someone whom you trust and is your well wisher. If you could isolate the above circumstances related to the attacks, simply bringing to your awareness those situations when you are in relaxed/calmer moments itself sometimes eases your tension putting you on a recovery mode.If it is not possible, you may consult a professional, an experienced Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
