Anxiety Bad Thoughts

i have really bad anxiety that i feel i have to keep questioning my day to day thoughts?
for example i’ll go for a walk with the dog and my boyfriend and i feel as if i have to ask myself how i should feel, and how do other people feel. I know it sound weird but this stays with me,trying to find an answer.Another example i saw a lovely cottage the other day, nicely lit, although when i went in it,it wasn’t the same as it appeared within my thoughts .The thing is i feel that my thought are not normal as i’m always questioning them.why? i would be greatful if someone can make light of why i have to question my inner thoughts.am i going mad….
No you are not going mad at all
But I would talk to your family doctor about how you feel because you need to talk to someone depression or anxiety often gets overlooked and some people don`t realize they even have them
There is one good side to all this however and that is the fact you have noticed yourself without anyone having to tell you
But seriously you should confide in someone like your general doctor they will not think you are mad
