Anxiety Blood Clots
How many times have you been to the ER and it turned out it was anxiety?

Just curious. I cant count how many times ive been to the ER for something, and its always turned out to be anxiety.

Which leads me to think. WHY arent there more resources for people suffering with anxiety?? why isnt there better treatment?? instead of a doctor givng you a prescription and shoving you out the door?? Its costing healthcare millions of dollars, but treatment is not advanced!!

UGHHHH i hate anxiety

right now im freaking out about blood clots

Learning some relaxation and breathing techniques can also help anxiety. I am thankful I have medication I can take as needed for anxiety. I hope you are doing OK. Take Care.
