Anxiety Blood Sugar
Low blood sugar or anxiety?

i’m just wondering I have an anxiety disorder and I just started going to college from high school starting in sept. and a few weeks after I started to feel more anxious; at the end of november all of a sudden I got this physical feeling I call it a weakness but i’m really not sure if that’s really what it is; could I have problems with low blood sugar all of a sudden if I never have had any in the past? or does this sound more like my anxiety?

you should go to your doctor… ya it does sound like you might have low blood sugar tho… you should do breathing excercises.. they help.. or yoga..
