why am i having pain? do i have high anxiety?

i’ve been having pain everywhere. im 16 and its starting to worry me. every time i tell my parents they say im fine but i dont feel fine. my mom thinks im a hypochondriac but do you have physical symptoms too? towards the end of october i think i had mono cause i got sick and went to the doctors and they said it sounded like mono. they did a blood test to see if i was anemic cuz i lost a lot of weight but my blood came back fine. i wasnt eating so i was starving and my parents said thats why i lost lots of weight. i havent been the same since then, my body is always sore and i have twitches. i can never sleep, im always staying up late and sleeping late. i think i have high anxiety too because i couldnt fall asleep last night and i felt really anxious. i have all the symptoms of high anxiety but my parents wont believe me, someone please help i dont know what to do! how can i get my parents to listen?
