Can anxiety cause a brain tumor?

I’v been having anxiety for the whole summer now!! I never got anxiety besides going on airplanes. I feel this will take over my brain and cause stress! Is it really possible that anxiety can cause brain cancer?! Please help! I am only 13 years old and I do not wish to die and leave my family. Please help me!
