Burning scalp, and soemtimes both arms and left leg.?

Ive been stressing alot lately and have alot of undiagnosed mediacal problems including urinating blood, but after all mys cans and tests doctors cant find th eproblem but it is getting worked on.
I occasionally get burning in my arms and left leg. Now i have it on the top of my head, it doesnt feel deep in my head, just on top.
What could this be? I havnt changed shampoos, although i do use alot, could dandruff cause this? Its literally burning. my hair is pretty oily and has little pimples in random spots.
I also suffer with anxiety, could that casue burning skin? i was thinking cellulitis.
I dont have a temperature.
