Has anyone had a anxiety/panic attack,if so what are your symptoms?

recently diagnosed with anxiety/panic i cant even describe what i feel just happens out of the blue,feels like my throat locks,like burning feeling all over,dizzness ect. Thanks for any info

symptoms vary from person to person..but here are some common ones:Nausea..hyperventilating(breathing fast and shallow so you feel out of breath)..pins and needles on hands feet or face, clammy skin, shakes, disorientation like you are in a surreal place..everything seems bright..noises seem very loud, dizziness, inability to talk properly cause you are hyperventillating and struggling to get calm..feelings of terror..unable to stay still..and many more..i get bloating sometimes too and chest pain and a chocking feeling in my throat.
