Has anyone ever tried the “Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety” program? Is it bull?

What were your experiences with it?

I returned it before the 30-day trial was over and paid $14 for the return shipping. Not worth it, in my opinion.
For one thing, I found the CD’s to be very depressing. They were just recorded group sessions of people talking about how anxious and depressed they used to be. The things they said creeped me out.
Second, the workbook was just that- a workbook. You can get an “anxiety workbook” at most bookstores or about $20. “The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook” costs $13 on Amazon.
Third, you can make the affirmations cards yourself using small index cards.
And finally, the DVD/video of Lucinda going on and on about her wonderful program didn’t offer any information.
I think the entire package is around $500 and is not worth it,

And also, my anxiety was due to a physical problem, so this program would never have worked for me.
