My Chest feels hot and tight?

I’m 24 years old and currently going through a rough time in my life. My mom recently had a stroke and I have been going back and forth with her in and out of the hospital. but recently I have notice my chest on the left side feels hot and my chest gets tight. I’m hoping maybe it is congestion but i feel fine other than my chest. I’m really afraid of going to the doc right now in fear they might admit me and i don’t want to worry my mom or raise her bp she’s going through enough. I was wondering though if these are signs of anxiety, because that might explain it being i’m under a lot of stress.
