14 year old with chest discomfort?

Hi, I’m a 14 year old boy and I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety for two months. A few days ago, I was laughing really hard when all of a sudden I felt a little discomfort in my chest. I thought of it as nothing and went to bed that night. Then the next day, it didn’t go away. It would appear randomly without warning then it would go away. It’s located a few inches to the left from my right nipple, like near the center of my chest, but more to the right. I don’t think it’s a heart attack or anything cardiovascular since my heart beats normally, but I’m not sure. I weigh 154 pounds and my height is 5’5”. Does anyone know what I could be having, I’m starting to get worried about this.
