Anxiety Circulation
Poor Circulation questions?

I have been noticing lately when I cross my legs (foot resting on the opposite leg knee style ) My leg falls asleep. And Also I have been noticing my finger nails are colored differently? each nail seems to be 3/4 whiteish and 1/4 redish. I take a tiny dose of Beta blockers (its called metoprolol I believe though I might have misspelled the name but I take half of a 25 mg pill once a day) that wrong to help control heart rate/anxiety and I take Kolonopin for control of my anxiety. How else could I know what other signs would there be.. Oh yes I am 22 5’11 and weigh about 184 lbs so im not over weight.. dont smoke (I smoked for a year then quit that was back in 05-06) dont drink never have.but nor do I exercise I am very sedentary.

Thanks!
I wanted to add when I wake up in the morning my feet usually tingle a bit.

thats a picture of my pink It best illustrates what I mean I think

It could just be the way you are sitting. It is super easy to pinch the nerve in the area where your leg joins your body. Pinched nerve and the next area is going to sleep.

For the fingernails, I have a very good article on the ‘net linked below.

Chaucer’s Body follows the fortunes of individual bodies in the Canterbury Tales to their surprising, often shocking, involvements in both the humor and the horror of being human. Allen Shoaf, one of America’s foremost medievalists, focuses on the…

Desire and Anxiety: Circulations of Sexuality in Shakespearean Drama (Gender, Culture, Difference)
