Does anxiety make you feel more cold than usual?

When my friends are @ my house, they think I’m crazy for turning the heater on because I’m freezing with goosebumps. & they’re sweating buckshots. I feel very bad, & I wonder if they think I’m torturing them or being selfish. Putting on extra clothes, coat, sweats, socks, etc. don’t help. What do I do?

Absolutely! Anxiety makes me shiver uncontrollably. Nothing helps but calming down.
