Is this panic and anxiety?

I’m always out of breath even at home. More so after I do something physical. I went to the doc said it wasn’t asthma or heart and then said it was stress and anxiety because I always have panic attacks.
Like alll the time. Even during a pedicure. I can’t control them tho.
I can’t drive at night go to stores alone …do anything without anyone or else I freak out. I have meds to control it but I was wondering if anyone has ever had these symptoms with anxiety…

Problems swallowing…throat would spasm a lot ENT said it was stress
Out of breath
Never hungry
Always tired
Dizzy/Hot all the time
Hands and feet get cold alll the time too
I’m 20…5″8 125 lbs

nothing to stress about…don’t know why I goes through sometimes hours where i feel like I can’t breath and just feel shaky.

you are experiencing symptoms of a panic attack, and multiple panic attacks a day. How do I know? I’ve been there. I had panic attacks from the age of 9, which are thought were under control. Then one summer when I was 27 all of a sudden I started feeling out of breath. I freaked out because there was no medical information, but i felt like i couldn’t take a full breath (if that even makes sense). I couldn’t sleep at night, i lost my appetite..At first I kept going to classes, but then I couldn’t handle it any more. Before I knew it, the breathing problems began the second I woke up, and it got to the point that I couldn’t leave the house.
Eventually i made the decision to go a psychiatrist to get anti-anxiety medication. She gave me klonopin (for short term relief) and lexapro (for the long term). I took my first klonopin, and 15 minutes later I was able to breathe normally. Within a week, I was back to the old self more or less…
My suggestion is to go back to your psychiatrist, or whoever is prescribing your anti-anxiety medication, because it’s not working anymore. Also, as any psychiatrist will tell you, medication alone is not enough – you need to see a psychologist on a regular basis, someone who can delve into your history and figure out the source of this anxiety, and can teach you techniques to deal with the attacks.
My suggestion is to listen to the doctors, they know what they’re talking about, and to go get some professional mental health help.

good luck!
